The Supreme Court of India has pronounced its verdict on a plea filed by Rhea Chakraborty seeking transfer of the probe from Bihar to Mumbai. The apex court in its 35-page-long verdict made some key points. The Supreme Court has allowed the CBI to investigate Sushant Singh Rajput death case on Wednesday. Justice Hrishikesh Roy marked that CBI will be taking control of the case and the Mumbai police need to hand over all the evidence.
