Shweta Tiwari's husband Abhinav Kholi was granted bail in stepdaughter Palak Tiwari's molestation case

On August 11, Shweta Tiwari has lodged a complaint against her husband Abhinav Kholi for molesting her daughter Palak Tiwari

Actress  Shweta Tiwar had lodged a complaint against her husband in  the Kandivali East police station  after which he was arrested by the police. Abhinav was taken to court in Borivali and later  was granted biail. the case is pending investigation. He had to fill a bail bond of Rs 15,000.
 
Shweta Tiwari’s husband Abhinav Kholi had been molesting her daughter, Palak from October 2017. According to the report , Shweta complained that her  husband Abhinav Kholi would make cheap comments against Palak and has  sexually harass her 21-year-old daughter. The Police had charged Abhinav under sections Sections 509, 354 (a), 323, 504, 506 of the IPC and 67-A of the IT Act.  Palak put up a post on social media and requested the media to look into the facts and report.
