Regional films do exceptionally not just in India but at the global Box Office too! Many leading Bollywood actresses debuted in South films before making their way into the Hindi cinema. The top names include Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Disha Patani among many others. Meanwhile, Hindi remakes of super hit South films are also common in Bollywood. However, when asked to Kareena if she would ever pick up a performance-driven script from South, the actress said she is not keen on doing films in the southern movie industry for this reason.
