Rajinikanth speaks up about the Jamia protests at the trailer launch event of his upcoming film Darbar

Rajinikanth and Suniel Shetty recently attended the trailer launch event of their upcoming film 'Darbar' in the city. During a conversation with the press, one of the journalists asked Rajinikanth his views about the recent CAA Bill and the protests happening at Jamia university as he is connected to politics as well. The megastar denied speaking about it. He very politely said, "This is a cinema function. I don't talk about politics at cinema functions. I will express my views on a different platform, not here." Speaking about the film, Darbar also stars Nayanthara and Prateik Babbar. This is the 167th film of the superstar and we cant wait to see him onscreen as Darbar is all set to be released worldwide in over four languages Tamil, Telugu, Hindi and Malayalam on 10 January, 2020.
