The district magistrate of West Tripura, Sailesh Kumar Jadav forcibly stopped 2 wedding ceremonies. He can be seen violently commanding people to vacate the premises immediately. The video went viral on social media amassing a lot of debate on Twitter. The video shows him shoving out the bridegroom and arresting a few attendees. He was seen pushing relatives and holding other guests by their necks. The Tripura administration has announced a night curfew from 10 pm to 5 am to control the Coronavirus surge. According to district officials, the wedding functions were going on even after 10 pm, violating the curfew norms.
