Naitika and Akshara – who have been looking forward to welcome their second child home – are inching towards a grave problem. Poor Akshara has been facing complications in her pregnancy for a while now. The on and off troubles are taking a toll on her health. Although her family does not know that things are on the verge of getting more serious as far as Akshara’s health is concerned, there is high possibility that Akshara might have to look at getting her unborn baby aborted to save her life.
Yes, that sounds very sad and shocking but that is one option that the parents-to-be will be left with. However, neither of them will be keen on taking this drastic route. Naitik is keen on seeing his second child being born as he missed being a part of Naksh’s birth due to his illness at that point of time.
But looking at the constant stress that Akshara has been dealing with owing to the ongoing misunderstandings between her new MIL – Devyani and senior MIL – Bhabhima – and also the tension between Devyani and her estranged children – Naman and Muskaan – we wonder how the mother-to-be is going to salvage herself and her baby.
Well, we think that it is high time that Akshara’s in-laws pull up their socks, put their mutual differences and other issues aside for some time and take complete charge of Akshara’s welfare. No?
