Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Misunderstanding brewing between newlywed Jasmeet & her elder sis-in-law Varsha
It has been only a couple of days for Punjabi kudi Jasmeet in the Marwari Maheshwari family after her wedding with Anshu, but it looks like there is already some misunderstanding waiting to erupt between devrani-jethani Jasmeet and Varsha.
In the latest episode of YRKKH, we saw Kaki suggesting Anshu and Jasmeet to go for their honeymoon but adds that the couple should take their elder brother and his wife (Shaurya & Varsha) along. Why? May be ‘coz they are still not grown up enough to travel on their own for a honeymoon, we think! What else could be the reason?
Anyway, obviously Jasmeet and Anshu did not like the idea of tagging along their elders on their honeymoon as they had dreamt of doing things on their own. However, the wise Varsha and Shaurya made a mutual decision to let Anshu and Jasmeet travel alone by making an excuse at the last moment so that no one else from the family tags along with the honeymoon bound couple.
Just when Varsha was about to enter Jasmeet and Anshu’s room to inform them about their plan, she heard them whining about the whole situation. This made Varsha upset although she refrained from speaking a word about it to anyone.
Later, when Jasmeet offered her help to Varsha while making tea in the kitchen, the latter politely declined but it became evident with her mood that she is indeed sad with Jasmeet.
On the other hand, in the Singhania house, Akshara learns from little Naksh that he caught Naman and Karishma kissing at Anshu and Jasmeet’s wedding. Shocked at what she heard, Akshara tries talking about it to Naman and explaining to him that such things are not permitted in the conservative Singhania family where there are elders and children around to misconstrue the facts.
Naman dislikes Akshara’s interference and gets into an argument with her. However, Akshara is left with a perturbed mind as she has realized that Naksh is getting to understand such sensitive topics quite early on in his childhood.
