Yeh Hai Mohabbatein: Raman leaves for the US; Shagun seeks Parmeet’s help to defeat Ishita
Raman Bhalla (Karan Patel) will be away for some weeks in the US for business expansion. His absence will provide a good reason for evil forces lead by Shagun to pounce upon Ishita.
In the recent episode, we saw Subbu and Bala arranging a couple’s competition to bring Rinky and Mihir closer. Raman and Ishita also participate in the competition at the behest of others.
Raman goes about teasing Ishita and intentionally loses the game so that Rinky and Mihir win and realise the value of their relation. However, Ishita gets miffed with Raman for teasing her and goes back to her house with a grumpy face. When she finds her parents’ home locked up, she thinks of checking out the Bhalla residence. There she finds Raman waiting for her with open arms. He seeks apology from her for being mischievous and showers many compliments on her. After some coochie cooing, Ishita moves in with Raman. Later, Raman gets an urgent phone call for business purpose and he is asked to visit the US for expanding his business. Ishita motivates him to go ahead and climb the ladder of success.
Ishita and Raman visit the competition spot where Ruhi, Adi, Mrs. Bhalla and Ishita’s parents heave a sigh of relief to see them back together. Mihir and Rinky are declared the winners and they bag couple’s tickets to Kerala as the prize.
The party returns home and soon Mihir gets busy packing for the holiday. However, Rinky refuses to travel with him at any cost and asks him to leave. Mihir makes haste to discuss the matter with Ishita. He informs her how Rinky is reluctant to patch up with him. Ishita suggests him to leave Rinky alone for someone and let her realise her folly on her own. Mihir likes Ishita’s idea and takes leave from her.
Then after, a certain woman visits Mrs. Bhalla with the proposal of her daughter for Mihir. Believing that Mihir will soon divorce Rinky, the woman asks Mrs. Bhalla to fix his marriage with her daughter. Rinky overhears the conversation and gets jealous about the prospect.
Meanwhile, Shagun meets Ashok and shares the news of Raman’s absence from the Bhalla house. She plans to snatch away her children from Ishita because she will be weak to fight without Raman. Shagun meets Simmi’s estranged husband Parmeet and provokes him to help her in reclaim her children as well his daughter Ananya. Parmeet doubts if they will be right to mess with Raman. Shagun, however, assures Parmeet that it will be an easy job for them because Raman is not around and asks him to give it a deep thought.
