Yeh Hai Mohabbatein: Mrs. Bhalla upset with Subbu's frequent visits to Bhalla house in Raman's absence
Subbu has developed an instant liking for Simmi’s daughter Ananya since the little one reminds him of his dead son. But Parmeet will take advantage of this situation to fulfill his selfish motive.
In the recent episode, we saw Shagun provoking Parmeet against Simmi by informing him about his estranged wife’s outing with the new man in her life. Parmeet reaches a cafe, where coincidentally, he sees Simmi having a conversation with Subbu. Parmeet assumes that by default Simmi is having an affair with Subbu.
Simmi, who has become well-acquainted with Subbu due to his link with Ishita and his growing fondness for her daughter, remains oblivious about Parmeet’s visit to the café.
Subbu drops Simmi and Ananya home and leaves. In a matter of moments, Parmeet lands at the Bhalla house to unleash his anger at Simmi for dating another man. He insults her and decides to take Ananya with him. Ishita explains to Parmeet that Subbu is simply a family friend and Simmi does not even know him well. She goes on clarify that Simmi just bumped into Subbu at the hospital and it was he who insisted on visiting the café so that he could spend some time with Ananya. However, Parmeet refuses to change his mind and insists on taking Ananya along. Finally, Ishita and others force Parmeet to leave. Yet, he vows to return soon to finish his business.
Mrs. Bhalla gets worried for Simmi and Ananya. She dislikes the idea of Subbu visiting their house in Raman’s absence. Mrs. Bhalla also worries about Ananya being raised without father’s love. Ishita tells her MIL that it is better for a child to grow up without a father than being in the company of a parent who is not a good human.
Later, Ishita and Simmi visit Subbu’s MIL Sujata for legal counsel. Sujata tells Simmi as a matter of fact that it would have been better for her had she divorced Parmeet 6 months ago because her case was stronger then. Simmi replies that when he left her 6 months back, she thought it was over and he won’t return. Sujata assures her that divorce is possible even now but Parmeet will make the case uglier to get Ananya’s custody.
On the other hand, Shagun spies on the Bhalla house and gets relieved to know from Neelu that Rinky is all alone in the house. She finds a good opportunity to step in and get the passport of Ruhi and Adi.
