What is Vidya Balan doing on the sets of ‘Itna Karo Na Mujhe Pyar’?
Vidya was recently on the set of ‘Itna Na Karo Mujhe Pyar’ to promote her forthcoming film ‘Hamari Adhuri Kahani’. The Bollywood actress had a lively chat with the show’s lead Pallavi Kulkarni aka Ragini Patel and even shot for an interesting scene with her.
In the on-going track of the show, Ragini is seen extremely concerned for her daughter Nishii (Rhea Sharma) as she is unable to conceive. When Nishii learns about her inability to conceive throughout her lifetime, she takes a drastic step by trying to commit suicide by slitting her wrist. She is soon rushed to the hospital and given immediate treatment. Although, Nishii survives, Ragini is heartbroken to see her daughter in this condition. As a result she calls Neil (Ronit Roy) to seek help. Neil comes back to India to be with Ragini and Nishii, but the estranged pair gets into a serious tiff instead.
In the upcoming episode, we will see Ragini sobbing all alone in a washroom. A woman called Vasudha (Vidya Balan) will come across a sad Ragini and try consoling her out of sheer empathy.
From her own experience, Vasudha will make Ragini understand the true meaning of relationships and life. They both share their experiences and talk about their incomplete love story.
After getting done with the shoot of the show, Vidya Balan shared, “I have seen the promos of Itna Karo Na Mujhe Pyar and they are very intriguing. I love relationship based shows but unfortunately due to my schedule I don’t get the time to follow them regularly. I had a great time shooting for the sequence as it’s a very beautifully written scene. Sometimes we share our deep secrets with strangers and that’s what shown in the scene. Also it was fun shooting with Pallavi today. Since we both are from Chembur, we have that connect between us!.”
Pallavi Kulkarni, who is thrilled to share screen space with Vidya, said, “Vidya is one of my most favourite actors. When I came to know that we will be shooting this sequence I was super happy. In fact the entire unit was excited for the shoot. I have met Vidya in the past too but shooting with her today was an altogether different experience. I wish I get a chance to work with her again in the future.”
