Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai : Rashmi blames Akshara
In Star Plus’ ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlat Hai’, Akshara’s family is discussing what Rashmi’s reaction would be if she got to know that Naman and Muskaan are coming back but Kaki is sure that Akshara will help Rashmi understand the situation. They then start discussing marriage preparation when someone comes and Dadi welcomes her. Rashmi talks to Nandini on the phone and expresses her displeasure at their house being treated like a dharam shala. Nandini asks her to calm down.
Maasi has arrived and she starts taunting Varsha for wearing suits and talks ill of Akshara which makes Ananya angry and she stands up for the two women. Rashmi and Nandini come home to talk to Akshara but Rashmi gets angry seeing Devyani and asks her to leave but Bhabhi-Maa stops Devyani and tells Rashmi that they are all one family. Rashmi is very upset and tells the family that they do not need or want her here as it is all about Devyani’s children now and that everyone has forgotten her mother. She demands her father to choose between her and Devyani’s children and tells him that if they stay in the house then she would never again step foot in it. She blames Akshara for getting Devyani and her kids into the house making Akshara cry. Naitik, Bauji and Nandini try to stop Rashmi from talking in such a way but she leaves. Bauji tries to comfort a distraught Akshara and tells her that he will talk to Rashmi. Bhabhi Maa, Bauji and Naitik decide to give Rashmi time to come to terms with everything and not go after her as she is no longer a child. Akshara thanks Nandini for taking their side.
Maasi asks for the pandit to be called to fix an auspicious day for the wedding. Jasmeet has an emotional talk with her parents, discussing how they are from a lower economic background as compared to Anshu and that even their religions are different. Bhabhi Maa asks Akshara to go to her house and help with the wedding preparations and every one joins in, even Muskaan and Naman but Devyani is worried about their presence being a hindrance at the wedding.
In the upcoming episode, Maasi will meet Akshara and also Naksh and Devyani. What will she say to them?
