Saath Nibhana Saathiya: Power cut in the hospital during Gopi’s operation! How absurd is that?
Goof ups are a part and parcel of TV soaps; but at times the writers of the show get so desperate and ambitious that they actually end up committing a major faux pas by putting an absurd idea into the story.
In the ongoing track of Saathiya, Gopi Modi (Devoleena Bhattacharjee) is battling for life after being mistakenly pushed down a building by her daughter Meera (Tanya Sharma). She has been admitted to a hospital and the doctors are prepared to begin operation to save her life. On the other hand, Kinjal has undergone a change of heart after being severely rebuked by Hetal, Baa and her own father Parag for her diabolic ways and repeated attempts to keep Gopi away from Ahem. We also saw, Ahem’s live-in girlfriend (Kajal Pisal) being verbally thrashed by Hetal and Kinjal for speaking ill about Gopi and blaming her for her accident.
However, amidst all these developments, what really shocked us was the sneak-peak of an upcoming episode. So, in the forthcoming episode, when the doctors will be busy operating on Gopi, they will get the shock of their life as the power will go off. Can you beat that?
Yes, power cut and that too in an operation theater where a patient is facing a life and death situation. This will trigger panic among Gopi’s loved ones and the hospital authorities as they will run hither and thither to solve the power crisis.
