Saath Nibhana Saathiya: Modis reach the temple to stall Meera’s marriage; inform her about Sanskar’s lie!
In the recent episode, we saw Meera (Tanya Sharma) and her boyfriend Sanskar (Karan Khandelwal) coming across a police check post while on their way to the temple to tie the knot. Sanskar thinks of a plan and asks Meera to drive ahead, while he gets out of the car to take the short through the jungle to reach the temple. Meera takes the steering and musters courage to confront the police. The police stop Meera and ask her where she is headed to wearing a bridal dress. Meera lies to the police man saying she is on her way to the shooting for a show. The police man clears the barricade for Meera to go away freely. Meera soon reaches the temple but gets shocked to find Sanskar missing. The Modis reach the temple and inform Meera that Sanskar has duped her. Meera gets frustrated to see the Modis speak against Sanskar. She blames Gopi for her lot and curses her as usual. Unable to hold his anger, Ahem slaps Meera for insulting Gopi. Kokila, too, upbraids Meera for badmouthing Gopi and shows her an SMS sent by Sanskar to Ahem as a proof of his treachery. Meera reads the SMS and learns that Sanskar ran away with the money. She suffers a setback yet refuses to believe in that Sanskar could cheat on her.
The Modis persuade Meera to return home with them, but the latter stubbornly turns down their plea and keeps on crying. Finally, Ahem and Kokila ask everyone to let Meera decide for herself and start for home. Gopi, however, could not convince herself to leave Meera all alone.
Meera will indeed change her mind and agree to tag along with the Modis in the next episode. But, Kokila and Ahem will turn their back on her considering the hard times she have them for no fault of theirs. Find out more in the next episode by keeping in tune to this space.
