Lately, we saw Modi getting shocked to learn that Kokila’s daughter Kinjal and her MIL, Urmila have decided to sell off Dhawal to the girl Pooja, who has been eyeing him for a long time. Despite Madhuben’s warnings, Kinjal let Pooja mingle with Dhawal too often. Although Dhawal had never reciprocated Pooja’s feelings, he too is not able to bear the idea of getting separated from his beloved wife Kinjal.

Back at Modi mansion, Rashi finds Gopi’s picture in Anurag teacher’s pencil box. She asks him why he is carrying Gopi’s photo in his box. To this, Anurag replies that he is an artist and he was asked to make Gopi’s sketch on her special request. Kokila listens to the talk and gives Urmila a piece of her mind for trying to spoil her children's marriage for money. Pooja too arrives there and feels sorry for believing that Kinjal is not happy living with Dhawal. Kinjal shows remorse for having given Pooja a chance to get closer to her husband.
