Saath Nibhana Saathiya: Kinjal and Meera come under the radar for troubling Gopi once again!
In the recent episode of Saathiya, we saw Gopi performing the rites of Kokila’s homecoming ceremony the way she was welcomed by her MIL as a new bride. Kinjal and Meera decide to execute their plan to ruin the happiness of the Modis. Kinjal smears Gopi’s sandals with grease while everyone is busy offering prayers to the deity in the temple.
After the pooja gets over, Kokila reminds Kinjal that she must make way for her husband’s house as her tenure in her parents’ home is over now. Kinjal ignores Kokila’s reminder and diverts her attention by giving her a huge to welcome her home. The moments Kinjal takes Kokila in her embrace, the latter feels greasiness in her palms. Kokila gets suspicious and alert about Kinjal’s intentions. On the other hand, Gopi picks the bowl of Prasad in her hands and decides to distribute it to all after the main meal. As she puts her feet into her greased slippers, Gopi loses her balance. However, she is saved from falling by Ahem and Kokila in the nick of time. All the members of the family begin wondering who greased Gopi’s sandals. Kokila realises that it was Kinjal who did the nasty job and gives her a tight slap for attempting to hurt Gopi. Hetal, too, gets shocked to know that Kinjal has not changed even after being rebuked for her clever ploys. Kokila orders Kinjal to get out of the house and asks Paridhi and Gopi to make arrangements for her quick departure.
Kinjal refuses to leave the house and even discloses that Meera is equally liable for the punishment as she was hands in glove with her in hurting Gopi. Kokila clearly tells Kinjal that she would deal with Meera later, but for now, she wants Kinjal to leave the house. Paridhi brings Kinjal's luggage and pulls her by her hand to show her the door.
Ahem turns towards Meera and reprimands her for faking a change of heart and warn her of dire consequences if she does not mend her ways.
Meera shouts back at Ahem saying that he could go ahead and punish or even kill her; but her opinion regarding Gopi won’t change.
