Saath Nibhana Saathiya: Gopi slaps Ahem. Oouch!
Going by what’s current being shown in ‘Saathiya’, Gopi has shed her meek image and has become daring enough to slap her own husband Ahem!
Well, she did that for a fairly good reason, not the least to satisfy her ego.
In the last episode, we had seen Kokila indeed suffering a heart attack due to Ahem’s reluctance to give up on the idea of leaving for Mumbai. Ahem ignores Gopi’s ardent requests to help her in ushering Kokila to the hospital as he thinks it to be another ploy on Kokila’s part to hold him back.
However, in the recent episode, unable to bear the heartless treatment meted out by Ahem, Gopi gives way to anger and slaps him hard. Surprise, surprise, instead of losing his cool, Ahem wakes up from his slumber due to the slap and makes haste to get Kokila medical attention pronto!
At the hospital, the doctors hand over the patient form to Gopi and ask her to pay the fee to ensure proper treatment is given to Kokila. Gopi thinks of asking Jigar to do the needful, however, Ahem snatches away the form from Gopi and pays the bills by his debit card.
On the other hand, Jigar comes to know from Gopi about Kokila’s heart attack and he, in turn, intimates Dhaval and other family members about the same. Dhaval refrains from sharing the news with little Rashi but the latter overhears the former talking to Jigar on handphone. Rashi finds out the name of the hospital by secretly sending an SMS from Dhaval’s phone to Jigar and sets out with some money to see Kokila. Dhaval finds Rashi missing and he raises a hue and cry about it. Meanwhile, Rashi’s journey to the hospital turns out to be very filmy as her auto breaks down on her way and she is forced to walk all the way to her destination.
Back in the hospital, Baa, Hetal and other (jobless) members of the Modi family arrive to see Kokila.
Ahem’s mistress Mansi asks him to grab a bite, but he rebukes her for asking him to enjoy coffee with her at the time when he is enshrouded with gloom and thoughts of his mother’s well-being. Gopi intervenes in the matter by asking Ahem to eat. However, the ever-vigilant Meera yells at Gopi and tells her to stay off.
Will Rashi be able to reach the hospital without further hurdles? Will Kokila’s heart attack reunite Ahem and Gopi?
