Saath Nibhana Saathiya: Gopi arrives at Ahem’s engagement; Kokila decides to stop Ahem from committing to Mansi!
In the latest episode of Saathiya, we saw Ahem keeping his word and throwing a bash to get engaged to his live-in girlfriend Mansi. Strangely, he asks Gopi to attend his engagement ceremony if she really loves him. Gopi accepts Ahem’s invitation while Jigar witnesses the scene baffled.
Gopi reaches her hotel and rings Kokila to narrate the whole story to her. Kokila resolves to never allow Ahem to commit the forbidden act. At the Modi mansion, Kinjal gets happy to know about Ahem’s engagement which simply means Gopi and Kokila would never come back home and all that jazz. Paridhi chides Kinjal for harbouring such negative thoughts and offers some words of solace to her MIL Hetal.
As promised, Gopi reaches the venue to witness Ahem’s engagement ceremony. She bumps into her daughter Meera who slights her mercilessly. Gopi silently bears the insult to maintain peace at the function. But Meera crosses the line of decency by intentionally soiling Gopi’s saree. On the other hand, coincidentally, Ahem’s sherwani also gets soiled. Gopi notices the stain and quickly does beautiful embroidery on it to hide the stain. When Ahem comes to know about Gopi’s gesture to salvage his sherwani, he gets surprised while Meera gets irritated. Gopi finds Meera’s wayward behaviour unbearable and twists her ear to correct her. Jigar folds his hands and requests Ahem to change his decision to exchange rings with Mansi but his plea falls on deaf ears.
Save Kokila, there is no one who can stop Ahem from getting engaged to Mansi. Will she intervene to put a plug to all problems in Gopi’s life?
