Saath Nibhana Saathiya: Ahem draws a ‘Sindoor Rekha’ between Gopi & him!
In the latest episode of Saathiya, we saw Kokila returning home from the hospital after recovering well from the heart attack. Ahem gets annoyed with Gopi when she tries to help him in looking after Kokila.
Ahem, however, gets mad at Gopi and draws a line with sindoor (vermillion) on the floor. He warns her to never cross the line called ‘Sindoor Rekha’ and always stay away from him, his daughters and mother.
Gopi refuses to agree with Ahem and argues that in no case she would leave her Maaji (Kokila) alone. She goes on to give a long lecture on how much Kokila means to her and how wrong Ahem’s action to spill sindoor on floor was.
When Meera shouts at Gopi to stop her nonsense, Ahem commands his brat daughter to let him do all the talking. Ahem goes to Kokila, sits on his knees before her and holds her hand. Very cleverly he begins taking promises from her one by one. Kokila goes about promising that she would never leave him alone, she would always feed him and show him the right way in life. Finally, Ahem asks Kokila to promise him to live with his family in Mumbai. Without being cautious, Kokila agrees to fulfill Ahem’s wish. However, Gopi shouts out to bring Kokila’s attention to the promise she has given to Ahem.
Kokila realises her folly and its consequences but is unable to take back her word. While, Ahem gives a victorious smile and asks his family to pack their bags for Mumbai, Gopi, Jigar and Rashi get teary-eyed and shocked thinking about their separation from Kokila.
Also, we come to know that Urmila has not really lost her memory but she is only acting to continue enjoying Kokila’s services for free. However, she resolves being more cautious from the hawk-eyed Rashi.
Jigar notices Rashi crying all alone sitting on the stars of the house. He sits by her side to console her and offers emotional support. Rashi recalls how Ahem, Meera and Vidya have been rebuking her from Day 1 without any fault of hers. And now that, Baa (Kokila) will be gone, she will be left all alone with none to look after her. Jigar feels for Rashi and assures his full support to her.
Will Ahem really leave Rajkot with Kokila?
