Ridheema Tewary aka Shweta Tewary gets caught in a chaotic situation while shooting for ‘Manmarziyan’

Ridheema Tewary is all set to play her namesake in Siddharth Kumar Tewary’s ‘Manmarziyan.’

She will make a cameo appearance as the female protagonist Radhika’s (Kashmira Irani) sister. Interestingly, Ridheema’s character was originally named Gunjan. But during the shoot, it occurred to the makers that Radhika and Ridheema rhymed better and they decided to do away with Gunjan. It seems the sudden change led to utter confusion on the last day of the shoot in Haridwar. In fact, Ridheema thought that a prank was being played on her.

Many of you may be unaware that Ridheema’s original name is Shweta Tewary. But to avoid any confusion with famous TV actress Shweta Tiwari (of Kasautii Zindagi Kay’ fame), the name was changed to Ridheema.
