Jamai Raja: Sid, Roshni rescue Samaira from Baveja’s clutches at the last minute!
In the recent episode of Jamai Raja, we saw Roshni waking up from her unconscious state in Baveja’s house and raising a hue and cry about Sam’s whereabouts. Meanwhile, Sid pulls Baveja by his collar to force him to speak the truth. Hearing Roshni’s call, Sid and DD reach to check on her. They are told by Roshni that she had found Sam being kept hidden in a cup board of Baveja’s room but before she could inform anyone, someone hit her on the head from behind.
Baveja summons the police to get rid of Sid, Roshni and DD. The police arrests Sid on charges of bothering Baveja and take him to then police station.
The other day, Sid, Roshni and DD come across Baveja’s lawyer and decide to follow him. Sid hides in the dikki of the lawyer’s car and reach a certain hotel where Baveja’s nuptials with Sam are being arranged. Sam, on the other hand, succeeds in breaking free from Baveja’s chains and goes hiding into a laundry room. But, as soon as she notices Sid walking nearby and decides to call on him, the vicious (and omnipresent?) Rajveer comes from nowhere and gives her an injection to make her unconscious.
Rajveer takes Sam away to the room where the old man Baveja is waiting for her to solemnise the marriage. However, Sid enters the room in the nick of time and beats up Baveja and his men. Surprisingly, Rajveer once again manages to slip away from the venue to avoid getting caught by Sid. Roshni and DD also reach the place to rescue Sam.
Finally, police takes away Baveja and Sam is rushed to the hospital for first aid. A happy reunion ensues between Sid and Roshni’s family, especially her mother DD. Sid and Roshni reach home and inform the Khuranas that they were busy rescuing Samaira who was kidnapped.
