Jamai Raja: DD sends Roshni’s in-laws to jail; Roshni blasts her mother for trying to ruin her conjugal happiness!
Roshni (Nia Sharma) is making amends wherever and putting efforts to salvage her marriage with Sid (Ravi Dubey) while making use of the 3-month window period given to the couple by the family court as pre-condition for divorce. But DD’s hatred for Sid and his family is proving to be a major roadblock in Roshni’s endeavour. So, let’s take a look at how the story has moved ahead lately.
In the new episode, we saw Roshni and Sid winning the couple’s competition and pleasing Biji. Roshni leaves for her mother’s home and meets a social worker disguised as a family friend. DD feeds the police woman with all the wrong information about Roshni’s in-laws and asks her to gather evidence secretly to punish the wrongdoers. The social worker clicks some pics of Roshni with her burnt hand and files a complaint with the proof.
The policemen arrive at the Khurana residence to arrest everyone. Sid pleads the officer to keep Biji out of this but his request goes unheeded. As soon as Roshni comes to know of this incident, she rushes to the police station to bail out her in-laws. Biji and everyone feel offended and insulted. Only her FIL Raj stands up in support of Roshni and expresses faith in her.
Roshni claims that it was her mother DD who took such a defiling action but none in Sid's family believe her. Roshni makes way to her mother’s home once again and shouts at her by her name upon reaching the residence. She tells the story of DD's wrongdoing to her Nani and rebukes DD severely for interfering in her life. She asks DD to stay apologise to her in-laws or else she won’t visit her ever. DD gets sad to hear Roshni defend her in-laws so fiercely but refuses to budge from her stand.
Once Roshni reaches her in-laws’ house, she falls down at Biji’s feat and seeks apology from her for her mother’s action. Biji does not say much and leaves for her room. Raj approaches Roshni and consoles her by giving her an affectionate hug. He counsels her to let the night pass so that the dawn could bring in new hope to solve all difficulties.
How will Roshni solve the new problem and undo the wrong committed by DD? Will DD show repentance and apologise to the Khuranas?
