‘Dil Ki Baatein Dil Hi Jaane’ Promo 2: Why is Ram Kapoor showing childish obstinacy?
The new promo of Sony TV’s upcoming show ‘ Dil Ki Baatein…’ gives us a sneak-peak into the life of loving husband Ram (Ram Kapoor) who can’t let his wife Anandita (Gurdeep Kohli) embrace death at any cost.
In the promo we saw, Ram getting mad at her terminally ill wife Anandita as she requests him to let her leave for good. Anandita has given up the hope to live but Ram’s attachment for her is not letting her go. Considering the pain her husband and children are going through due to her illness, she wants to die at the earliest. But the moment she refuses to take the medicine and seeks Ram’s approval to embrace death, he gets hurt and vents his feelings in the form of anger. And once he is done with the catharsis, he breaks down into her arms very naively like a child.
'Dil Ki Baatein..' is being produced by Bollywood film maker Mahesh Bhatt and is said to be on the lines of his film 'Daddy'. Take a look at the promo here:
