Scarlett Rose, Goa-based bikini model, is currently seen on ‘Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan’ along Ayaz Ahmed who was also one of the contestants in Splitsvilla Season 7. Mayank Gandhi was seen in serials like ‘Kasamh Se, ‘Pyar Tune Kya Kiya’ and ‘Nandini’.
The winners share their journey in the reality show. Here’s what Scarlett and Mayank have to say after their win:
Scarlett Rose:
MTV Splitsvilla 7 was not just a reality show, not just a game, not just a TV show... for me it was an experience I will cherish for Life.
One month at Splitsvilla was one of the most memorable times of my life. Living in a big beautiful palace, treated like princesses, fed like a Queen, waking up to picturesque hills, and never ending desert outside the palace window…no work, no phones, no internet, cut out from the outside world…it was month of serenity and bliss.
I was one contestant who dint have a partner, didn't find a lover. I was in every dumping zone, and fought back in the task and friends saved me. I didn't play any games. I had my head on my shoulders, helped my friends and in return they helped me.
I’m super excited to won. It was so unexpected, a game that changed every few minutes, and in spite of being the single fighter I won. I won the show with Mayank Gandhi, a contestant I never got along with and he chose me for the semi final task, stating that I was a strong contender and that I had a vote bank.
Mayank Gandhi:
My luck was the key in winning Splitsvilla. My luck is been favourable always but didn't get the opportunity to display it so finally by winning Splitsvilla it’s been displayed and stamped. Some people in the industry said that main reason of me not getting a main lead or a prominent role in a daily soap was that I was not lucky. Now I have all the three aspects luck, talent and looks.
For this success credit goes to the Splitsvilla team and Ekta ma’am without whom I would not even exist in the TV industry today.
