Whoa! Mohammad Nazim's 12 kg surprise gift to birthday boy Aniruddh Dave! (View Pics)
Actor Aniruddh Dave and actor Mohammad Nazim have been close pals for a long time. Aniruddh turned a year older on 21st June 2014 but he couldn’t throw a birthday party as he was shooting for his TV show ‘Bandhan’.
Finally, after weeks, Nazim and Aniruddh’s common friend decided to host a party for the ‘Bandhan’ actor.
Nazim was informed via an SMS to bring a cake for the birthday boy. However, Nazim missed reading the SMS on his phone. As a result, the moment he entered the house party, everyone present there stood still looking at him arrive empty handed!
To make up for the absence of cake, a papaya garnished with kaju katli was cut by Aniruddh with his friends by his side.
The next day, Nazim sent a sweet surprise, to his buddy Aniruddh, in the form of a 12 kg birthday cake worth Rs. 8, 000.
Needless to say, Aniruddh was surprised at this gesture. About his surprise, Nazim said, “I care for people who matter. Aniruddh is like a brother so I decided to send him a cake. Money is for man and not man for money”.
On being contacted Aniruddh Dave said, “My birthday was on 21st but celebrations are yet not over. I have cut at least ten cakes in different friends group. When Nazim sent the 12 Kg cake, I was really surprised. He is a genuine friend. I didn’t know whom to treat it with. I finally went to Jogeshwari Dargah and distributed it among the kids who gather there at night.”
