Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi: Shikhar saves Ishaani from committing suicide; Amba advises Ritika to marry RV
In the recent episodes of Meri Aaashiqui…., we saw Ishaani walking into her kin Derwash and being disowned by him. He asks her to never rejoin the family as she has caused them much trouble. Ishaani laments her fate and goes towards the sea to commit suicide. While dining with a judge’s daughter, Shikhar notices Ishaani jumping into the sea and rushes to save her from drowning.
Ishaani resists Shekhar’s help and insists on dying. Shikhar gives her some wisdom about life and asks her to live for herself. By the end of the argument, Ishaani gets convinced with Shikhar’s arguments and decides to take charge of her life.
The next morning, Ishaani visits the hotel where Shikhar had spent the night with the judge’s daughter. He comes down to see her while whining about the bothersome nature of women. Ishaani meets Shikhar and offers him the humble amount she earned in the jail to pay for fighting her case. In a nasty and arrogant tone, talks about charging Rs. 8 lakhs for a case. But, when he sees the judge’s daughter watching over him from a corner, he changes his tone and acts humbly with Ishaani to please his girlfriend. As soon as Ishaani departs, the judge’s daughter praises Shikhar for his goodness.
On the other hand, RV returns home to find every object associated with Ishaani reminding him of her. He places a flower and lights a candle before Ishaani’s picture. Ritika notices RV’smisery and feels for him. Amba joins Ritika and engages in a discussion about RV. Amba advises Ritika to get officially married to RV now that Ishaani is gone. Ritika takes Amba’s counsel seriously and thinks of legalizing her relationship with RV.
The women decide to seek out Shikar for doing the impossible by convincing RV for the marriage.
