Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi: Ritika is the real culprit who killed Falguni and planned Ishaani’s murder!
In the recent episode, we saw RV, driven by his intense longing to look at Ishaani to his heart’s content, drives all the way to the Mehra house. He parks his car outside the house and gets elated to see Ishaani watering the plants on the balcony. Ishaani’s would-be MIL Kanchan catches RV eyeing Ishaani and informs Ritika on her phone about it. Kanchan warns Ritika to take care of her philandering husband or else Shikhar would go to any length to deal with this nuisance. Verily, Ritika gets very upset to hear complaint about RV.
Later, Ishaani and Shikhar reach the police station to know the result of police investigation with regard to the contract killer who tries killing Ishaani on her sangeet night. Ritika, on the other hand, dials the landline number of the Mehra house to speak to Ishaani. Kanchan attends the call and informs Ritika about Ishaani and Shikhar’s visit to the police station.
At the police station, the contract killer, on being pressed to reveal his real intentions, reveals that he was hired by Ishaani brother Devarsh to kill her. Ishaani gets shattered to hear the killer taking Devarsh’s name and leave the place in disbelief. Shikhar follows her and asks her to hold her calm as she can’t give up after coming so far. He asks her to patiently wait to confirm their doubts.
As the contract killer is left all by himself, he sees a burqa-clad woman arriving to see him in the police station. The woman turns out to be none other than Ritika! She begins speaking to him in a rude tone and warns him to keep mum about her identity or he will lose his son to death. To scare the contract killer, Ritika sheds light on her wicked nature by confessing she killed her boyfriend because he refused to marry her.
Now that we know that Ritika is the real villain of the story, the fact takes the cake away from her and makes her unworthy of being RV's wife. This gives RV and Ishaani all the more reason to reunite. But, how will Ritika’s truth be revealed to all?
