Kumkum Bhagya: Dadi orders Abhi, Pragya to start a family!
In the recent episode of Kumkum Bhagya, we saw Dadi and Dasi questioning Abhi for sleeping in the drawing room sofa instead of his own bedroom. Dadi summons Pragya (and others follow after her) and interrogates her as well. Abhi passes the buck on Pragya saying she did not allow him to enter the bedroom. Pragya wonders why Abhi is lying and the duo resume their silly argument like always.
Dadi gets irritated with their tiff and asks them to cut the crap. She commands them to give her a grandchild as they have been married for 7 months already. Abhi jokes about going for jogging with Pragya to avoid the embarrassment induced by Dadi’s wish, while Pragya goes away shyly on the pretext of getting ready for Bulbul’s mehendi.
Later, Pragya visits her mother’s home for some errand related to mehendi. She asks for Purvi and wonders why she has not returned home from her college trip. Sarla and others tell her that Purvi was caught for helping the Corporator in kidnapping case which is why she has been disowned by the family. Pragya refuses to believe the allegations slapped on Purvi She visits Purvi at her friend’s place and expresses deep faith in her. Pragya further invited Purvi to Bulbul’s mehendi but the latter refuses to join them as her presence would cause great discomfort and embarrassment to others.
At the mehendi function, Dadi once again creates an awkward situation by gifting a book of names for children to Pragya and Abhi. The pair again begins arguing about the name of children etc. As a result, they become a laughing stock before the family.
