Kumkum Bhagya: Alia throws Bulbul from her path to marry Purab! Will she be caught?
In the recent episode, we saw Alia (Shikha Singh) winning Bulbul (Mrunal Thakur) and Pragya’s (Sriti Jha) confidence by acting nicely with them.
Pragya leaves Bulbul in Alia’s care to attend her duties downstairs.
Alia takes advantage of this chance by ruining Bulbul’s make-up on the pretext of touching it up. Bulbul gets shocked to see her make-up ruined and gives a scandalised look to Alia.
Alia reveals her ulterior motive by saying that only she has the right to marry Purab; no one else. Bulbul repents for trusting Alia and threatens her to expose her ugly truth before all. As Bulbul turns her back on Alia to leave the room; the latter picks up a huge metal vase and slams it on Bulbul’s head from behind. Bulbul falls down unconscious on the ground as a result. Alia smiles victoriously looking at Bulbul and removes her engagement from her ring finger to wear it in her own finger. She dresses up as a bride in an outfit similar to the one worn by Bulbul and wears the make-up to pose as Purab’s bride during the pheras.
Downstairs, Abhi and Pragya’s families wait for the marriage rituals to begin and pass their time cracking jokes oblivious to what has been happening upstairs in Bulbul’s room.
The priest explains the important of the wedding vows to everyone. Abhi and Pragya listen to them intently and look at each other. Abhi wonders why the bride has to leave for her husband’s home and why it is not the other way round. Indu Dadi pulls Abhi’s leg by asking him to change the custom by living in his wife’s parental home and thus inspire his fans. Abhi argues that if he leaves, how Dadi will live without him. Dadi smiles and answers that she can live without him; but not without Pragya. This statement leaves Pragya and Abhi worried.
In the upcoming episode, we will see Alia joining Purab in the mandap for the wedding rituals. However, before she could realise her dream, Abhi will catch hold of her. To know what will happen next, keep watching this space.
