Kapil turns “Villain” on Comedy Nights

“Comedy Nights with Kapil”, undoubtedly the most popular and loved non-fiction show on Indian television, celebrated its 1 year completion with a special episode of Balaji’s “Ek Villain”.

The 1 year anniversary fell on a Sunday and the team decided to make it special by having the entire cast and director of “Ek Villain” shoot a grand episode.

Adding a spin to this special episode, Kapil who has never played character roles on the show and has only played himself as 'Bitoo', decided to don the avatar of a villain version of himself titled 'Sittoo'.

Mohit Suri and Shraddha Kapoor made their debut on the show. In fact, Mohit’s wife, Udita Goswami, is known to be a huge fan of the show.

The “Ek Villain” cast were seen holding auditions for the next big villain on the show; they were a part of a panel called "Villain
Dikhla ja", a spin off on the channel’s (Colors) existing show “Jhalak Dikhla ja.”
