Jodha Akbar: What is the new threat in Jalal’s sister’s life?
Jalaluddin’s sister – Bakshi Banu – gave birth to a baby girl in the recent episode of the TV series. But the birth of her child is not good news for Bakshi. Guess how?
Well, Bakshi’s power-craving and abusive husband, Sharifuddin has desired a male child to be his heir in future. He had warned Bakshi before her delivery not to even think of giving birth to a baby girl. However, as fate would have it, Bakshi could not produce a male heir for Sharif and concealed her child’s gender to save herself and her newborn from her brutal husband’s wrath.
When Sharifuddin learned about becoming father to a male child, his heart gladdened and he went on to share the news with others.
Everyone in Jalal’s palace, including Jodha, Hamida Banu Begum and other women celebrated the arrival of the newborn.
But the truth ultimately came out when Jodha changed the baby’s clothing after she peed.
