Jodha Akbar: A heartbroken Salim moves ahead to kill his father Jalal!
In the recent episode of Jodha Akbar, we saw Salim, distressed with the death of his friend Farhan, blames Jalal for plotting the murder to get married to Bela.
He pulls out his dagger and moves ahead to kill Jalal but Jodha comes in his way to defend the Emperor. Jodha warns Salim and asks him to slaughter her first to reach Jalal.
Salim gets frustrated with Jodha’s act to save Jalal. On the other hand, traumatised with Farhan’s death, Bela ends her life with a dagger, thereby, shocking all.
Jalal punishes the tribal king by imposing the Mughal rules on his tribe for forcing Bela to get married to him.
As days pass, Salim shows no signs of relief from his pain and refuses to mingle with the family. Finally, his cousins think of a plan to divert Salim’s mind from Farhan and Bela’s death.
They put a piece of peacock jewelry on his bed so as to remind him of Anarkali. Salim’s eyes fall on the jewelry and he remember the promise he gave to Anarkali. He immediately departs to see her to fulfill his promise.
Looking at Salim leaving his room to meet Anarkali, his cousins feel relieved.
What will fate bring in next for Anarkali and Salim? Will they come closer or draw apart due to an unfortunate event?
