The father-son duo has been at loggerheads since forever. Jalal’s endeavours to chastise Salim and discharge justice have been misinterpreted by Salim all along. Of course, it goes without saying that the schemers - Rukaiya Begum and Prince Haider - have a huge share of their ill-will in creating rift between Jalal and Salim.

So let’s begin from where we left the story.

Jalal had revealed it to Jodha that is decision to marry tribal princess Bela is only to save Salim’s execution by the tribal King for killing Bela’s would-be husband. Jodha repents for doubting Jalal’s intentions and seeks forgiveness from him. Jalal, on his part, assures her that he won’t take any action to harm Salim if and when he becomes a roadblock in the marriage.

Jodha and Hamida visit the tribal King’s place and meet Bela and her family. Jodha notices the expression of sadness on Bela’s face. To get into the depth of the matter, Jodha asks Bela’s mother to let her spend some moments with Bela so as to explain the rules of Jalal’s palace.

In a private chamber, Jodha asks Bela to disclose whatever her problem is. Unable to hold herself anymore, Bela reveals her innermost feelings and desires saying that she is not willing to marry Jalal. Jodha gets shocked to learn this and questions Bela about the nod on the proposal she gave to Jalal. Bela says that she was forced by her family to marry Jalal as had she not agreed to marry the Emperor her folks would have killed Farhan.

Jodha goes seeking out Jalal to share the whole revelation with him. Jalal gets angry and miffed with the ploy of the tribal to break the rule made by him to ban forced marriages.

To teach a lesson to the tribals, Jalal vows to get Bela married to her beloved Farhan. He approached Farhan and tells him to prepare himself to marry Bela. A joyous Farhan thanks Jalal wholeheartedly for the kind gesture.

Haiden learns about the plan to get Bela married to Farhan. He kills Farhan so as to portray Jalal as an unfeeling king in the eyes of Salim.

As the hour of marriage nears, the tribal King asks Jalal to get ready for the matrimonial rites. Jalal get worried for Farhan and wonders why he is late in arriving at the venue.

Soon, Salim brings Farhan’s dead body on his shoulder and places it before all.

A shocked Jalal and Jodha look on helplessly and think about the person who could have done such a heinous act.

Salim, on the other hand, begin bemoaning the loss of his friend and hurls many accusations to run down Jalal, his father.

Will it be revealed that Haider is Farhan’s murderer? And now that Farhan is dead, will Jalal end up marrying Bela to stay true to his word?
