Why does Ekta Kapoor means a lot to Vishal Singh of 'Saath Nibhana Sathiya' fame?

Actor Vishal Singh aka Jigar of 'Saath Nibhana Saathiya' is can't stop expressing gratitude towards the queen of Indian television Ekta Kapoor for where he stands in his career today.

Vishal shares his feelings with the press by saying," Ekta Ji is everything for me. She has been there for me since the day I started my career. To be very honest, wherever I am because of her. Whenever I needed her she was always there for me. It’s been 8 years since we know each other now and I cherish our friendship."

He also reveals Ekta is his friend, philosopher and guide. "Even if I am not working with her and I need an advice I can call her up anytime and I know she will guide me. Indeed she plays a very important part in my life," says Vishal

Vishal's mother has also played an important role in his career. He says,"My mom told me do whatever I want, but only after finishing my graduation. So, I completed my graduation first and then came to Delhi."

In Delhi, Vishal was working for an event management company. He came to Mumbai for an event one day and that's how he got his first show on TV. "I remember an incident when a girl came up to me and told me that they are doing auditions for a new show and she really liked my face," recalls Vishal. Luckily, it was a show being produced by Ekta Kapoor. "I went for the audition next day. The camera man told me that there is something different in me. They called me three to four times for auditions and then they finalized me for the show. This is how I got my first show and that time I had no idea about acting," concludes the young actor.
