Diya aur Baati Hum: Sandhya & Suraj’s plan to get shop back fails! What next?
After losing his shop to Balkishan at Kavita’s behest, Suraj and the Rathis are extremely sad. The entire household has been enveloped by an air of despondency as there is no sign of relief for them.
The other day, Sandhya, Suraj and Bhabhsa went to Balkishan to inform him that the property tax of Rs. 6 lakhs has to be paid by him as he is now the new owner of the shop. This was nothing but a trick being played upon Balkishan by the Rathis to get the shop back.
This news scares the hell out of Balkishan and he worries about the pending tax dues. He thought about returning the shop to Suraj and he inform them that he has been mean to them because Kavita told him to do so.
But just then, he gets a call from Kavita and she tells him that the Rathis are trying to fool him and there are no tax dues on the shop.
Balkishan gets back to his old self after learning about the trick being played on him by the Rathis. However, Suraj, Sandhya and others come back home disappointed at their failed attempt.
Sandhya tries cheering up Suraj by showing him their wedding pics on the laptop. Mohit offers to teach Suraj how to operate a laptop to divert his mind. Bhabho tells Sandhya to try finding a way to get the shop back as it is means a lot to Suraj. Sandhya, on her part, try speaking to a senior government official about the property issue but the officer shows disinterest in the matter.
Time is running out of hand of the Rathis and there is no sign of getting their belonging back. We wonder how the family is going to get out of this serious crisis. Stay tuned to get more updates on DABH.
