Diya aur Baati Hum: No sign of hope to salvage Suraj’s sweet shop!
The tension is mounting in the Rathi family as all the efforts to get Suraj’s shop back have failed to show any results.
Sandhya had managed to get verification papers for Suraj’s shop from the government tax officer as a valid proof to support their case in court. However, on the day of hearing, when Sandhya was about to leave for court, she came across a couple engaged in a domestic fight.
This ruckus inspired the dutiful Sandhya to intervene for sorting out the matter. But in the midst of this, the verification papers fell down from Sandhya’s hands and got ruined when water poured over them by another woman’s mistake.
This scene ended up causing more worry to the Rathis, and worse, they could not even get duplicate copy of the papers as the official was out of town.
We are really worried for the Rathi family. We wonder how they will be able to prove their point in court without any tangible proof. Looks like only time will tell. But we’re sure truth will win in the end.
