The show begins with Bhabho trying to ground Meenakshi for her negligence and leaving Kanha along in the shop. Chavi sits down in a corner holding Kanha in her arms while keeping her eyes on the scene. Little Kanha playfully grips Chavi's hair which the latter finds difficult to release from the former's tight hold. Bhabho intervenes to help Chavi out and lovingly asks Kanha to leave his bua's hair. However, Bhabho feels that Chavi's hair are unusually soft and smooth. She suspects her of using an expensive shampoo instead of home remedies and voices her concern over the temporary effectiveness of highly priced market products. On the other hand, Bhabho's curiosity makes Chavi uneasy due to the fear of being caught by Bhabho for applying eggs on her hair.
The scene then moves on to Meenakshi, who does what she is best at, and continues whining about Bhabho's unjust attitude towards her. She corners Emily and says that her mistake was unintentional. But, what Emily did was preplanned. She urges Bhabho to punish Emily for eating eggs in secrecy. As Meenakshi, carries on ranting, Bhabho looks on in a contemplative mood and other members of the house appear wearing the expressions of shock and worry on their faces.
Convinced with Meena's arguements against Emily, Bhabho speaks up and expresses her distaste over the incident. She admonishes Emily for breaking the most important rule of the Rathi House by spoiling the sanctity of the family kitchen. She orders Emily to march out of the house ASAP to her maternal home as a punishment for her 'crime'. Poor Emily tries proving her innocence but all in vain. Looking at Emily's plight, Sandhya steps in to defend her and says that it is unfair to punish Emily without any solid proof to support the allegations. But Bhabho counters Sandhya by saying that she does not doubt Emily because she comes from a family that eats eggs.
Sandhya tells Bhabho not to take any decision that she would repent over in future. This statement hurts Bhabho's ego and she sarcastically tells Suraj that Sandhya is better at decision making than her, and therefore, she should be taking all the important decisions of the house from now onwards.
Meanwhile, Suraj and Sandhya notice Kanha playing alone in a corner and take him in their hold fearing he might injure himself. Sandhya notices the smell of raw egg emanating from Kanha's palms and tells everyone. After a short investigation, Bhabho realises that the object that passed on the smell of eggs on Kanha, originally belongs to Chavi's room. Emily further investigates the case and nails down Chavi as the real culprit who ate eggs.
Emily chides Chavi for keeping mum despite knowing that she was being punished without any reason. Bhabho, on her part, decides to punish Chavi for her misdeed.
