Diya aur Baati Hum: How will Sandhya, Sooraj solve the riddle of Chhavi’s ‘stolen’ bridal dress?
Sandhya’s spoilt sis-in-law – Chhavi – has intentionally hidden her bridal attire ‘coz she was not ready to wear an heirloom passed down to her by her Mother-in-law. Her plna was to hide the lehenga first and then ask her fiancé to buy the dress she had kept chosen for herself at a certain shop in the market. And all this has been done without anyone’s knowledge!
As a result, an emotional turmoil has ensued in the Rathi family, thereby leading to blame game amongst the relatives. In between all this, Sooraj and Sandhya are trying to get to the root of the entire whodunit and unmask the thief who did the nasty job.
While Chhavi is glad to get dressed in the lehenga of her choice, she is all worked up lest someone finds the hidden lehenga with her. However, given Sandhya’s track record at nabbing thieves in her house and unraveling mysteries, we wonder for how long Chhavi will keep the lehenga in hiding from others.
