Diya aur Baati Hum: How will Sandhya escape from Officer Singh’s punishment to attend her sis-in-law’s marriage?
It was surprising to see the strict matriarch – Bhabho – maintain her trust on Sandhya after her infamous tiff with the hooligans was telecast on news channels.
All that was needed on Sandhya’s part to win back her family’s faith was to narrate the whole episode of Roma’s birthday party to her folks.
Thankfully, everyone went back to sleep relieved to know that Sandhya did not meddle with the goons intentionally and it was fate's cruel play that landed her in the crisis.
However, what left Sandhya worried was the fact that Officer Agrima Singh had called all the cadets involved in the club incident on the field for the punishment and that too on Saturday and Sunday. This clearly implies that if Sandhya gets punished on the weekend, she won’t be able to attend her sister-in-law’s wedding which is slated for Sunday. Quite a serious matter, you see!
While Sandhya will be on phone to share her concern with her ever-caring hubby Sooraj, by sheer chance, Bhabho will chance upon their telecon in the next episode.
It is another trying situation for Sandhya as she has to find a unique solution to catch the train to Pushkar for the wedding.
