Himanshu Soni, who plays title role in ‘Buddha’ on Zee has a huge fan following. Recently an online contest was run by the production house and the two lucky winner fans got an opportunity to meet him in Mumbai.

Aishwariya Nitnaware from Nagpur had especially brought barfi from Nagpur. She also said that she feels Himanshu resembles Hollywood star Orlando Bloom. Another fan named Vibha Kumari had come from Ranchi. Both the fans were accompanied by their respective fathers.

Himanshu was overwhelmed by their open admiration and was happy to know that they follow the show regularly and feel the show has changed their life forever. The fans brought handmade cards and even gifted a collage to him. Himanshu treated them to Pizzas and made their day special. The actor said, “It is nice to meet your fans. I felt great on knowing that they not only watch every episode but are also imbibing the values being conveyed through the show. I am grateful to Producer B. K. Modi and Ridwana for giving me an opportunity to play the title role. The role and the show has changed my life as well. I have become a very calm person.”
