Bigg Boss 7: Top 5 contestants who can look ahead to a promising 2014
It is a fact that most of the celebs who agree to participate in Bigg Boss look at it as a promising platform to reinvent their career. From Shweta Tiwari and Samir Soni to the national sensation Sunny Leone, BB promises more than 15 minutes of fame to every publicity hungry celeb.
As the current season of Bigg Boss nears its end, here's taking a look at those contestant who can look forward for better innings in Bollywood this time, thanks to their BB stint.
Tanishaa Mukherji: Being veteran actress Tanuja's little girl and pro actress Kajol's sibling did not help Tanishaa in establishing herself in Bollywood. She has a string of duds in her kitty like Neal and Nikki, Sssshhh... , Popcorn Khao! Mast Ho Jao, One Two Three, and there are films like Sarkar, which barely gave her enough screen space.
But her stars seem to be in her favour now as the girl has become a household name. There is buzz that the producers of Celebrity Big Brother want to sign her for the show's 13th edition and even film makers are considering signing her for their next projects. Going good girl!
Gauahar Khan: Gauahar had earlier hosted Khan Sister, a reality TV show and was the female lead at the Bollywood musical, Zangoora: The Gypsy Prince at Kingdom of Dreams, Gurgaon. Her item numbers like Pard Parda and Jhalla Walla in Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai and Ishaqzaade gain her more mileage in Filmdom.
Gauahar's robust personality, fearlessness and boldness are going to help her in getting better film roles in future.
Armaan Kohli: Armaan's career never failed to take off despite being the son of well-known film maker Rajkumar Kohli. Sure, his father tried helping him succeed with films like Virodhi and Jaani Dushman: Ek Anokhi Prem Kahaani, but the films met with disastrous fate at the Box Office. After gaining recognition, albeit for his hot hotheadedness, Armaan is looking for negative roles in big banner films.
Ajaz Khan: Ajaz is a powerhouse of talent and the praises from Bigg Boss he has won, is surely going to help in getting his due in Bollywood, well, hopefully. He has been a part of films like Rakta Charitra and Allah Ke Banday and few films Down South. Additionally, his resume boasts of some TV stints as well in shows like Kyaa Hoga Nimmo Kaa, Rahe Tera Aashirwaad and Kahaani Hamaaray Mahaabhaarat Ki.
Ajaz is blessed with a good sense of humour and acting abilities. We just hope to see him shine on the big screen soon!
