Bigg Boss 8 Day 21: Rekha livens up the house with her presence; Deepshika gets ousted!
Bigg Boss provided a fun-filled task to the inmates on day 21. All the
members wakes up as each others’ characters. As per Bigg Boss’
instructions, Aarya was given the task to direct a 2-hour film and the
storyline required every housemate in his or her character to come
forward and speak about why he or she should stay in the house till
the end, in order for Bigg Boss to select two people from the lot who
will stay in the house till the end.
Karishma made fun of Puneet saying that as he is the oldest in the
house he has to stay till the end; while Puneet went on to entertain
like Sushant wearing a fur cape and a pink gown. Soni took a dig at
Praneet by bringing up the incident when he was waiting for his
luggage to come. Gautam portrayed Sonali as a street smart “Mumbai ki
ladki”. Minissha mocked Karishma by being very loud and bossy as she
is. The task was full of fun, action and lots of entertainment.
Rekha makes a vibrant entry, dancing to ‘Pardesiyan’. Salman
dedicates the episode to Rekha saying, “Aaj ka show Rekhaji aur
Rekhaji ke beauty ke hawale”. Salman recalls his childhood memories of
following Rekha early in the morning while she used to jog. Salman
surprises Rekha by showing her her young photos. Rekha calls Salman
her ‘favourite baccha’ and both dance to ‘Dagabaaz re’. When Salman
asks Rekha to mouth the famous dialogue "Mujhe pyar se darr nhi lagta
saab" from his film Dabangg, Rekha says it with full confidence but
pauses as she she says, "Darr lagta hai to Big B se...". While we see
Salman puzzled, Rekha was quick enough to add, "Big B as in Bigg
Boss!"
Finally Rekha faces the housemates. A contest is held for the members
called ‘Main bhi Rekha’ where Karishma and Sonali dance to ‘Pyaar Do,
Pyaar Lo' and Sushant and Natasa dance to ‘Salaam-e-ishq’. While Upen
and Puneet tells a shayari to Rekha, Arya and Soni does some steps to
‘Pardesiyan’. Gautam surprises everyone by showing off his vocal
skills to ‘Main shayar toh nahi’. Rekha didn't seem to care about Puneet's shayari much and both had an awkward moment.
Rekha recognizes Sushant as she had given him the swimming
championship trophy when he was just 10 years old and declares him the
winner. Rekha promises that someday she’ll come inside the house and
wear Sushant a saree and give others a hug apart from Puneet. Rekha keeps her
promise and goes inside the house with ‘Super Nani' co-star Shweta.
Deepshika gets eliminated and she gives the big bomb to Puneet as she
is shown the clip where Puneet, Praneet, Pritam and Gautam back-stabs
her. Despite being fearless and upfront, Deepshika had to leave the
Bigg Boss house due to lack of strong connections. She surely made
some friends but more adversaries and that is what did not work in her
favour.
