Balika Vadhu: Saurabh convicted of raping Saanchi, slapped with jail term for his crime
After the rigmarole that comes with fighting a court case, Saanchi has finally emerged victorious from a battle that she was on the edge of losing to her perpetrator, Saurabh.
And to our joy, it was Saurabh’s brother cum lawyer Vivek, who came to Saanchi’s rescue this time.
Well actually, the miracle happened when Vivek had heard truth ringing in Saanchi’s pleadings for justice which made him unearth the truth and present it before the court. Fortunately, Vivek managed to get his hands on the proof needed to prove Saurabh guilty in court - the MMS. Of course, by doing so, Vivek failed as a brother but successfully discharged his duty as a human being by standing up for truth.
When the court announced its judgment to everyone, Saanchi and her family were naturally overwhelmed with happiness and gratitude towards Vivek. But Saurabh and his parents rebuked Vivek for changing his track at the last moment. All in all, the show’s track has ended on a satisfying note.
So now that Saurabh is all set to spend the next 7 years of his life in jail, we wonder what will Saanchi do with her life hereon? We think that her knight in shining armour i.e. Vivek might just end up being the one to marry her as well. Let’s wait to see if our guess is right.
