Balika Vadhu: A dejected Saanchi’s attempts suicide!
Heartbroken, cheated, sorry, depressed and defeated – these are the states Saanchi is going through these days. After being physically abused by Saurabh, this brave heart is somehow trying to win back her dignity in the court of law. But as we told you earlier, Saanchi is on the verge of beaten down by Saurabh’s pro lawyer brother as the documented proofs presented by her have been declared useless by the court.
At night, while everyone were fast asleep, Saanchi went to the terrace of her house and tried slitting her wrists to save her family honour from further damage. Just when she was about to kill herself, Anandi’s advice started ringing in her ears. She remembered Anandi’s words of wisdom and hope. She heard a voice inside her heart telling her not to hurt the family members by putting an end to her life. As a result, Saanchi left the idea of suicide but made her way to Saurabh’s home to confront him.
Although Saurabh came down to meet Saanchi for a while, he insulted her when she asked him to accept his crime in court, and left her alone outside his home. However, this scene caught Saurabh’s brother’s eye and he went out to know the matter that brought Saanchi to their home all alone at night.
A round of pleadings ensued as Saanchi tried convincing Saurabh’s brother of her innocence. But when Saanchi realized her words would have no effect on him, she said on a dejected note that she may lose to him but his win will be a loss for him underneath because he will be fighting for the person who wronged her.
But the fact that Saanchi’s words have sown a seed of doubt in Saurabh’s brother’s heart was apparent, as he did a small inquiry with him later. And we are sure, that in no time the seeds will bear proper results as well.
