Oh My God! What happened when TV’s Lord Krishna met B-Town’s Mr. Perfectionist?
The multi-tasking and talented Saurabh Raaj Jain, who is playing the role of Lord Vishnu and Lord Krishna simultaneously in Life Ok’s Devon Ke Dev Mahadev and Star Plus’s Mahabharat respectively, had his ‘Oh My God!’ moment lately.
The actor, who stands 6 feet and three inches tall, won awards and accolades for his Godly small screen avatars at a recently held awards show. What took Saurabh’s victory a notch higher was appreciation from his screen idol Aamir Khan.
Saurabh narrated the unqiue experience of meeting Aamir Khan during the function. Here’s what he had to say, “I met Aamir Khan while he was leaving. I felt so amazed just by his presence. And, when I got a chance to tell him that I am huge fan of his, he congratulated me for the award and shook hands with me. Ofcourse, I was on top of the world. I will never forget his kindness".
Although Siddharth Kumar Tewary’s Mahabharat is nearing its final episode, Saurabh admits that he will surely miss the being a part of the show that helped him reach a milestone in his acting career.
“As Lord Krishna says it's better to live your today than think about future,” quoted the actor.
