Ekta Kapoor shared a video with Shah Rukh Khan on her Instagram page today. They talk about Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2.
Ekta Kapoor will be bringing back her popular show Kasautii Zindagii Kay with a brand new cast. The first season starred Shweta Tiwari (Prerna), Cezanne Khan (Anurag Basu), Ronit Roy (Mr Bajaj) and Urvashi Dholakia (Komolika). Yesterday, Ekta Kapoor shared a video with Shah Rukh Khan in which the actor asks the producer about her love life. He asks Ekta who's the new love in her life and she tells SRK that it's him. Today, the producer took to her Instagram page to share another video with Shah Rukh.
In this video, Ekta Kapoor announces her Prerna and Anurag from Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2. She tells Shah Rukh that she is bringing back her show Kasautii and talks about the lead characters and the music of KZK is being played in the background. Ekta Kapoor tells the superstar that Kasautii reboot is a new take on romance and love. Shah Rukh Khan hugs Ekta and asks her about her love life as he never heard her talking about love and relationships in this way.

In Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2, Erica Fernandes will be seen as Prerna and Anurag Basu's role will be played by Parth Samthaan. Former Bigg Boss runner-up Hina Khan will play the iconic villain Komolika. The show will be aired on Star Plus from September 25, 2018.
