Aashka Goradia got hitched to her sweetheart Brent Goble in an intimate ceremony today.
Here is another big fat wedding from Telly land. The lovely Aashka Goradia got hitched to her sweetheart Brent Goble in an intimate ceremony attended by friends and family. Mouni Roy shared a video from the occasion where Aashka and Brent are seen kissing each other and it’s totally adorable.
Also, Mouni was one of the bridesmaids on Aashka’s special day. She captioned the video as, ‘’The Bride The Groom The loon Moon Bridesparty Bridesmaids groomsmen The Padre The VOWs & one Lingering KISS #theirhappilyeverafterbegins @aashkagoradia @ibrentgoble.’’
29-year-old Brent Goble is a businessman and a weapons instructor. The two first met in LA, during an event in June 2016. Brent was hosting the event, where Aashka was a special guest. Friendship blossomed between the two, which lead to love. Here they are today, posing as husband and wife for the first time.
The two will honeymoon in India, and will be joined by Brent's family. They will visit places such as Rajasthan and Gujarat. Aashka apparently is planning a special tour to show her in-laws India's exquisite and special destinations.
Aashka had said about her wedding plans, "My love story is a fairytale, so why not the wedding? If you asked me a couple of years ago, I used to think that I wouldn't ever get married. Today, my friends ask me about that thought and my answer is that I found the right guy and what matters is getting married to him. This decision has led to the happiness of my family, who have always dreamt that I get married in a certain way, which is why I am going all out to have a fairy-tale wedding."
She had added, "I am excited that Brent’s family wants an Indian style wedding. I have been working on their clothes for the various functions.I realise it is not the big day that matters but the small moments leading to the big day that do. I never imagined that I would experience such joy in life or have an intercultural marriage. The white wedding will be different as my family will do things that they have never done before. I am still working on my vows. There are many new things I am doing that I never thought I would do."
