Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke October 23, 2019 Written Update: Mishti spies on Mehul
Today in Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke, Mishti sneaks into Meenakshi’s office to check Mehul’s travel history and finds it suspicious.
In today’s episode, Mishti overhears Mehul as he gets a call from Abir. She hears him lie to Abir about meeting the doctor and she wonders why he lied. She also remembers that he lied before a couple of times too. Meanwhile, at home, Jugnu asks Abir to take him with him as he goes to live separately. Abir insists him to stay here as he needs to inform about Yashpal’s health and about everyone’s well-being in the family. Kunal arrives there and Abir indirectly tells him how he has adjusted to living like he doesn’t have a brother. He expresses how hurt he is and tells Jugnu that it will be difficult in the beginning but he’ll adjust later on.
Meanwhile, Mishti sees Meenakshi going outside. She overhears a staff member tell Atul that Meenakshi has the data of all the flights stored on her laptop. Mishti sees the opportunity and sneaks into Meenakshi’s office. She goes through her laptop to find out when Mehul took flights. She sees that Mehul came to Mumbai a day before they were there and his flights to Rajkot were on important dates like Kuhu-Kunal’s marriage and when she rejected Kunal, etc. She feels like this isn’t a coincidence as suspects that Mehul was trying to keep an eye on the family or at least on Abir. She wonders why didn’t he contact Abir while he was in Rajkot and told them that he wanted to go to Rajkot when he was in Mumbai and had just flown in from Rajkot.
Meenakshi asks Parul to take Nidhi and visit Mishti’s house. Parul tells her that she will buy a lot of gifts and decorate the house for Abir’s engagement as it is no less than a festival for them. Meenakshi agrees and tells her that they should make Abir realise that they’re truly happy in his happiness. Later, Mishti hears Meenakshi coming into her cabin. She immediately shuts everything on the laptop. Meenakshi opens the door and sees nobody near her desk but later sees Mishti sitting on the couch and reading a magazine. Mishti tells her that she was waiting to meet her. She seeks her blessings and tells her that she knows she’s not happy with their relationship. She assures Meenkashi that she will always care for Abir and never hurt him. Meenakshi blesses her and Mishti leaves. Meenakshi thinks to herself that at least she will have the kids to her even if she has to give up her property to Mehul. Laxman calls her and informs that her agreement is ready. Later, Abir goes into Mehul’s room and sees he isn’t around. He looks around for his reports but Mehul arrives there. He tells Mehul that he needs his medical reports as he wants to consult with the best heart surgeon about his case. Mehul makes him sit down and tells him that he would give him his reports but he needs to talk to him first. He asks him to reconsider his decision about leaving the house as he feels like he has imposed his thought over him. Abir tells him that it’s all for the best and leaves. Mehul wonders how would he convince Abir to not leave and counts on Mishti as his last hope.
