Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke October 1, 2019 Written Update: Abir celebrates his birthday
Today in Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke, Abir spends time with Mehul while Meenakshi plans on exposing Mehul’s truth to Abir by showing him some papers when they celebrate his birthday.
In today’s episode, everyone waits for Mishti to arrive home as it is past midnight. Mishti finally arrives and informs Rajshri and everyone else that Meenakshi let Mehul stay at their house for the night. Rajshri and Vishambhar feel happy for Abir but Varsha seems worried. Later, Mishti tells Varsha that everyone loves Kuhu there and she even planned a surprise party for Abir. Varsha feels relieved. Parul asks Meenakshi to play the Sitar to calm her mind down so that she can think of what to do next. Meenakshi remembers how she slapped Abir when he was a child as he repeatedly asked to meet his father and threatened to leave the house if she didn’t tell him where his father was. Meanwhile, Mehul talks to Abir and tells him that being right or wrong is just a matter of perception. Abir tells him that since he left along with him his several questions have also grown up.
Mehul feels glad that Bair kept him alive in his heart even though he didn’t know if he was actually alive. Meenakshi approaches Yashpal and he suggests her to hand over some papers to Abir so that everything is crystal clear before him. Meenakshi asks Yashpal to gift those papers to Abir when they celebrate his birthday in the morning. She’s sure that Abir will ask Mehul questions that Mehul would not have answers to. Meanwhile, Rajshri talks to Mishti and tells her how proud she is that Mishti has become so sensible over the years. Kuhu goes to sleep and feels relieved that Kunal isn’t awake to ask her where she had been. Kunal wakes up and asks her where she was. Kuhu gets scared and tries to avoid the question but Kunal begins about how the day has been rough on him already. Kuhu remembers Abir’s advice and begins to rant about Mishti and blames her for everything so that Kunal feels like someone understands him.
Next morning, everyone wishes Abir and Nidhi hands Abir her gift. Later, he gets a call from Vishambhar who wishes him too. He gets a voice message from Mishti while he talks to Vishambhar on the landline and he accidentally plays the message out loud. Vishambhar hears Mishti’s voice saying a shayri. Mishti comes to serve tea to Vishambhar and gets embarrassed. Later, Abir listens to the silly shayri Mishti sent to wish him happy birthday and smiles. Later, everyone gathers to cut the cake and Abir looks around for Meenakshi and Mehul. As they arrive, Abir cuts the cake and feeds a piece to everyone. Meenakshi gives him his project’s sanction letter as his gift. Abir gets overjoyed. As Abir approaches to give Mehul a bite of the cake, Yashpal interrupts him and hands him a file as his gift. The episode ends as Abir takes the papers out of the file.
