Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is winning hearts of the audience and stars real life couple Shivangi Joshi and Mohsin Khan as lead actors.
Naira is upset as she thinks that due to her and the circumstances the whole family had to go through such tension and moments of restlessness. So she kneels down and proposes to Kartik. According to her, this gesture will surely make everyone happy. With no second thought in mind, Kartik agrees.
She is unaware of her fate and what universe has planned for her, the only thing she knows is that she wants to turn to Naira Goenka from Naira Singhania.
Both the family are extremely content and satisfied with Naira’s decision. But the concern of marrying in a hospital arises. To resolve it Kartik approaches a doctor to seek permission. He stammers and is nervous to do so. Doctor opposes as Naira’s surgery is more important than her wedding. Kartik insists, as before undergoing a surgery if she gets the zest to live, it would be beneficial for her recovery. According to him, Naira also wants this and he would do anything to fulfil her wish. He pleads.
But the doctor is not convinced and is bound by hospital rules and regulations. Kartik asks the doctor to not to break her willpower and support her. On the other hand, Dadi looks for “Muuhrat” an auspicious time for two big events, Wedding and surgery. Nani is confident that Naira will definitely get a new life, as everyone is tensed about the surgery.
Naksh asks for the arrangements to be done. Kartik arrives and he tells that he went to the doctor to seek permission. Kartik reveals that doctor had agreed. Kartik informs the same to Naira but also with an add-on information that they can’t have a lavish wedding. Naira is more than satisfied as she just wants to get married and simple arrangements would make her happy.
Family members discuss about their marriage and value of relations. Naitik spreads positive vibes.
Next, Naira scrolls through her phone and comes across a video where a nurse is asking her about Kartik and she tends to forget and not recall who Kartik Goenka is. She is shocked.
Kartik tries to fit-in all the things told to him by his family. They had asked Kartik to act brave as Naira can break-down anytime. Naira’s happiness cannot be compromised with her health.
Naira on the other hand is in a state of denial, and gets emotional that how can she forget Kartik. She exclaims that she is ready to die but not forget Kartik.
