Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Written Update: Goenkas are shattered after getting to know about Kartik’s accident. Later on, Naira demands justice from God.
The episode begins with Naira reaching the hospital to meet Kartik. She gets scared after getting to see Kartik’s condition. Jhaveri orders the truck driver to move out of the city while Manish feels something fishy with his behavior. Devyani informs Kaveri about Kartik. Later on, Naira notifies Manish about him. Jhaveri tries to stop the Goenkas but Manish yells at him and leaves for the hospital. Kartik wishes to meet Kairav while the latter questions Devyani about the situation and then goes inside the hospital.
The Goenkas arrive at the hospital and get worried after hearing the doctor’s statement about Kartik. Naira requests to meet Kartik after which Suvarna asks her to encourage him. Naira apologizes to Kartik for his condition while Kairav gets shocked seeing the latter. Samarth tries to handle Gayu but they get into an argument. Suvarna gets worried while Trisha feels guilty about the entire situation. Naira demands justice from God regarding Kartik. Kairav tries to pacify her and apologizes for his mistakes. Both of them pray to God for Kartik's well-being.

Suhasini blames Trisha for Kartik and Naira’s condition and calls her selfish. On the other hand, Shivani informs Naira that Jhaveri is behind the accident. Jhaveri thinks of doing something to get rid of the case while Naira vows to take revenge on him. Naksh informs Naira about Mohan’s escape after which she decides to find the truck driver to prove Jhaveri guilty of the crime he had committed.
